Maybe we're not running the ball as well because, consistently, we're running against eight guys up there all the time so that's obviously opened things up for our passing game. We've decided to re-schedule the game sometime during the week before Thanksgiving. It's not often in this game you have the ability to control your own destiny, ... It's tough to step aside, but I think it's the right decision for the organization and the right decision for me.

When all factors were weighed, it was collectively decided that playing next year's game versus Miami on Labor Day night was in the best interest of all parties concerned. Miami never had the opportunity to host the game on that day and the viewership and exposure for the ACC and both universities from our game 10 days ago was exceptional.

It was a roller-coaster ride in terms of starting out 5-0 and then struggling at the end, but then regaining focus and composure in the last two games. It's a shame this one goes down in the loss column. But if you look at the effort and the focus in the Virginia Tech game and last night, certainly it was dramatically different than what we saw during the three-game losing streak.

This is the toughest loss I've ever been a part of. We had the game most of the time and we gave it up in the end.
