I was surprised three of them came in. I was expecting maybe two.

Man, I came back (Thursday) and must've spent an hour and a half looking for it. But no luck.

A lot of very cool items came in. It was a tremendous effort. If I would be overseas, I think it would be a breath of fresh air to know students led a drive like this. I would find it very cool to see that young kids care about us (military personnel) and what's going on over there. The staff really got behind it, too. Just like me, they commended the students, especially the student council for leading the project.

Ted's my guy. I love Ted. He was trying pretty hard, ... But I had to go with my heart, though. I couldn't sleep that night. Everything sounded good, and I wanted to go back with Ted, but I felt in my heart that Minnesota came first and tried to get me. I was available, and Minnesota was the front-runner for showing me some love, showing me some interest, so I had to go with them. I'm happy with my decision.

I'm more worried now than I was before I came here,

Their press killed us. We had way over 25 turnovers. We freaked out against it in the beginning, but we came back and played a strong second quarter.

Hopefully we'll remember that loss to Shaw was just one game. Shaw came out and played like a team that had won three straight conference championships. We need to play aggressively like they did.

It just bounced and came right to me. I was surprised when it hit me. I just dropped the ball, and they recovered it.
