We have experienced problems with the pay stations that we are trying to work through, but it created such a level of customer dissatisfaction that I thought it necessary to remove them from service while we resolve the issues.
There's no disruption to our service or to our customers. Our focus remains on doing everything we can do to reach a consensual, comprehensive agreement with the pilots union. Our energies will continue to be focused on that goal, which we believe is achievable.
Not only am I fighting for justice for my son, I hope I'm doing the others a service as well.
