Obviously the cell business is extremely hot in Europe and it's going to continue and it's going to grow in other parts of the world and I think a good supplier of that comes from Motorola ( MOT : Research , Estimates ) and again, the stock has absorbed a lot of negative news lately and it does seem to have made a bottom and it keeps bouncing off its lows. So that tells me that, you know, going forward things will change. We might encounter another quarter of bad news out of them but I think at these levels it should be bought.

Dell Computer ( DELL : Research , Estimates ) is battered down here, revenue growth put into question as the whole technology group has been put into question but I think, you know, going forward that Dell will be a winner here and I think it should be bought at these levels.

Again, I think we're going to see a lot of revenue growth coming within the next quarter or so, and I believe that it's basically an infrastructure B2B for the Internet, where you can research engines, where you can create your own agents and what not, and management is doing a great job. I'm looking for this stock to really do quite nicely over the next six-to-18 months.

Investors should be out there, picking up some stocks that are trading near their lows or have bounced off their lows and I think that have good futures. And among them: AT&T ( T : Research , Estimates ) -- their wireless division came in on target, 25, 30 percent growth, and I think that's what is going to carry them. Stock is hovering around their lows here. I think it's a 'great buy.' And I think in the next market rally, that the stock will have a nice bounce.
